Who We Are
We are a Santa Monica based architectural firm that creates comfortable and affordable living spaces for both newly built and renovated projects. Our skill to create unique spacial experiences will make you feel at home on day one. With hands-on design and management experience, we provide full architectural services for sustainability within a broad range of public and private building types. Our expert and efficient designs will also save on costs.
Depending on project needs, we can meet requirements for the California Building Code, LA City and LA County Codes, International Building Code, International Energy Conservation Code, and the American Disabilities Act. We optimize quality and production processes in all environments with budget and schedule tracking, pro-active communication, and precise action to solve complex problems.

We prefer to discuss the project in person or by phone to set our fit with your program and budget.
Once we are set we will request a site meeting at no charge to you:
- To see you on your property and discuss your program in detail,
provide information on our service, and discuss any questions.
- Provide feedback on your project's viability.
- Enable us to then prepare a proposal for you.
